Dr. Kevin Venerus
Dr. Kevin Venerus is a graduate of the National
University of Health Sciences (formerly the National
College of Chiropractic) in Lombard Illinois.
Prior to his chiropractic education, he received
a Bachelors of Science in General Science from
the University of Windsor in Windsor Ontario.
Dr. Venerus also received a Bachelor of Science
in Human Biology from the National University
of Health Sciences.
Dr. Venerus is a licensed chiropractor in the
state of Michigan and previously in Illinois.
He is active with of the Michigan Chiropractic
Society, and the American Chiropractic Association.
The techniques Dr. Venerus utilizes include Diversified
technique, Cox Flexion Distraction, Mechanical
Lumbar and Cervical Traction, Trigger Point Therapy,
and Rehabilitation. He also incorporates into
his practice all natural Standard
Process Supplements, and Sole
Supports custom orthotics.
Dr. Venerus is presently pursuing post-doctoral
education in Applied Kinesiology. Applied Kinesiology
is an advanced system of neurological evaluation
using muscle testing with gives the practitioner
a better picture of a patient's problem.
Dr. Kevin Venerus is also very active in the
local community. A resident of Livonia, he is
a member of the board of directors for the
Livonia Kiwanis Club. Other groups Dr. Venerus
is involved with include the Clements
Circle Civic Association, Livonia II of the
the Local
Business Network.
Dr. Venerus is the offical Chiropractor for the
Detroit
Derby Girls. And he is also an active player
in the Detroit
Mens Senior Baseball League.
Dr. Venerus has been in private practice in Livonia
since 2002. He founded Advanced Back Solutions
Inc. in 2006.
